Hiei Rose – Founding Principal, RA, LEED GA
Hiei Rose is a licensed Architect with over 10 years of experience in projects ranging from single-family home additions, to new commercial developments. Hiei has worked at and collaborated with a number of renowned firms including Perkins+Will, Studio Hillier, and Ford3 Architects.
He strives to build long-lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and architectural firms by closely understanding each client’s unique needs. Outside of work, Hiei loves to play soccer, build furniture, and design and develop board games for all ages.

Dustin Bailey – Senior Project Manager, LEED GA
Dustin is the head of the Existing-Conditions Department at HD13. He graduated from Penn College with degrees in both Architectural Technologies & Building Science + Sustainable Design. Dustin has 10+ years of experience in the field and has surveyed hundreds of projects across the country.
Sujit Mishra – Architect, Consultant Partner, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Sujit is an Architect and consultant partner to HD13. He has 18+ years of experience in residential, commercial and building conservation throughout the US and overseas.
