Step 1: 

Project study and analysis

We perform a comprehensive analysis of local zoning codes with respect to your property. We also study existing conditions and assess the design parameters for your project.

Step 2: 

Concepts and cost estimates

Through an interactive design process, we work with you to provide multiple design concepts and assist with construction cost estimates.

Step 3: 

Design through construction

Once the design concept has been decided, we handle the permitting and architectural drawing package required to obtain building permits. During Construction we field contractor’s questions and act as a liaison between the client and the contractor to ensure the project is built to the proper specifications.
